Our Business Solution Managers (BSM) and Client/Service Experience Managers (CEM/SEM) salary is pegged at N1, 440,000 – N3, 000,000 – per annum (120,000 – 250,000 per month). The price variant is subject to

Our cost consideration
Our recruitment structure allows you a one off recruitment of our BSM or CEM at a processing fee of 37,500. We will send you up to 5 of either of your representative need for interview for you to choose from.
Our training structure will enable you and your team benefit from our 2-day training curriculum on courses that are relevant to your needs for up to 25 team members at a flat rate of N100, 000 per course for 2 days. Click on link to see full course curriculum.
For a monthly fee of N25, 000 or an annual fee of N240, 000, you will gain access to
- Recruitment 2ce a year of CEM or BSM.

All our BSM and CEM have a
- Minimum qualification of B.Sc. and Hand
- Proficient in English language
- Trained in interpersonal skills
- Trained to master emotional intelligence

- Excel, word and PowerPoint savvy
- Good command of oral and written English
